2. Service Description
Demarky is an AI-powered platform that generates websites based on your input. Our service includes:
- AI-generated website creation
- Page customization and editing tools
- Page hosting and publishing
3. Account
To use Demarky, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.
4. Plans & Payment
Demarky is sold through subscription plans: Starter, Growth and Business, each with monthly quotas for websites, leads and AI image edits. Plans are paid monthly or yearly, in advance. New accounts can get their first month for $1 (3 DT in Tunisia) on any monthly plan. This offer is available once per person: accounts that already had a trial or a paid plan, and accounts sharing an email address with one, are not eligible. The first month includes the full quotas of the plan. During that month you can switch to another monthly plan at no charge, and the end date stays the same. Moving to a yearly plan costs the full yearly price, the year starts on payment, and the first-month payment is not credited. Renewal is manual: nothing is charged automatically. At the end of a paid period, including the first month, your plan continues only if you pay for the next period at the plan's regular price. We remind you 3 days and 1 day before the end date. After the end date you have 7 days to renew. If you do not renew, your websites stay online, new leads are stored but their details are hidden until you renew, and AI features and new websites are unavailable. Unused quotas do not roll over.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create using Demarky. You grant us a license to host and display your websites on our platform.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Demarky to create content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Misleading or deceptive
7. Limitation of Liability
Demarky is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee in the event of technical failures or platform issues. If you experience a technical malfunction or problem with the platform that prevents you from using our services, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. 9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Demarky after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
